I recently read that when President Zilensky of Ukraine first assumed office in 2019, he directed that his portrait should not be hung in any office, instead Ukrainians should hang their family pictures in the office. According to him, workers should think of their families when they want to make a decision.
Every job requires a measure of input to be delivered. And although performance is usually a measure of output, it is going to be unattainable without efficient input.

There is an intriguing dilemma every boss is faced with. It borders on moulding a #friendly workspace while #demanding results from your subordinates. It often appears to supervisors and team leads that you can’t do both. As such, when a boss tilts too much to one side, he gets a label.
Since 2020 Global pandemic, digitisation, remote work and labour outsourcing have seen exponential adaptions in the workspace. Companies now see the reality of borderless recruitment and labour as a service.
