COURSE CORRECTION

How far should you go on a wrong road? How far should you continue on a mistake? The right answer to these questions should be as soon as you realize.

How far should you go on a wrong road? How far should you continue on a mistake? The right answer to these questions should be as soon as you realize. However, many things add up to make us continue on a clearly wrong path.

In choosing a career path, many factors come to play; many biases even. Availability bias, economic bias etc. But down the road, the reality of your choice begins to set in. The frustration of the round peg fitting into a square hole; the headache of trying to make sense out of the job and so on.

May I suggest a course correction? May I suggest you take stock of how far you’ve come and how far you can still go if you get in the right track? #Reflection and #action. These are the two ways I know to course correction. The first helps you find the right, the second helps you walk in it. Cheers my friend.
