Thank you Ngozi.
You may have heard that one day in the gym will not make any difference in your weight or muscles. So too, writing for one day, won’t make you a writer, nor reading for a day make you a scholar.
You may have heard that one day in the gym will not make any difference in your weight or muscles. So too, writing for one day, won’t make you a writer, nor reading for a day make you a scholar. It is the harmony of consistency that makes the big difference.
Years ago, I read about how many hours of daily practice is required to play piano professionally, and the number is 8. Eight hours of daily, consistent practice to get to pro level. Surreal.
Friend, don’t just start, stay consistent, that’s how the desired results are met. The gains of each day compounds to the next, and then to the next, until you begin to see tangible results. So, don’t be afraid if two days of practice don’t cut it. They were not meant to; they work in harmony. Cheers.
