Thank you Ngozi.
If you look back at your life, you’ll identify specific occasions where your emotions were your biggest motivation to success; your anger at an anomaly, your fear of disappointing your family, etc.
Shame, like every other emotion, can be directed towards fabulous results in your life and career. The shame of being pointed out as being the weak member of a team, can push one to self-reflection and self-evaluation needed to change your results.
But you must be willing to see the bright side of shame. Take that embarrassment more practically and change your career game. Stop brooding over your mistakes in regret, see the bright side and learn your lessons fast! Cheers.
