Dear friends, the close of a quarter is usually the opening of another. And for this year, we’re one quarter gone, down to the next.
Businesses observe the quarterly performance assessment in order to redeem the plan early enough. If the goals are not tallying with the plan by the end of a quarter, a review is done to reposition the firm for the remaining quarters and months of the year.
